Role Overview

As an Operations Executive, you will play a key role in managing Portuguese nationality applications from start to finish. This includes onboarding clients, verifying documents, coordinating attestations, tracking workflows, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, internal teams, and authorities.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with structured processes while supporting clients through an important legal journey.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Documentation

  • Set up WhatsApp groups and internal communication channels for new clients
  • Collect, organize, and track client documents using CRM and digital filing systems

Document Verification & Compliance

  • Review birth, marriage, and identity documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all documents meet legal, attestation, and endorsement requirements
  • Maintain compliance checklists and conduct regular checks

Attestation & Apostille Coordination

  • Coordinate notary, collector, and apostille processes
  • Track each stage of attestation and follow up to avoid delays
  • Liaise with authorities to ensure timely processing

Workflow & Process Management

  • Track cases using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, Slack, and WhatsApp Business
  • Identify ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes
  • Ensure adherence to Portuguese nationality procedures and legal guidelines

Client & Internal Communication

  • Share regular status updates with clients on timelines and progress
  • Coordinate with Office Managers, Document Controllers, and the Director
  • Handle escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution

Final Submission & Dispatch

  • Prepare document sets for final submission to Portugal
  • Ensure secure courier dispatch and tracking
  • Confirm receipt and update records accordingly
  • Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (BA / BCom)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in operations, documentation, compliance, or immigration-related work
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, Dropbox, Slack, and WhatsApp Business
  • Fluent in English (Portuguese preferred but not mandatory)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Client Engagement

  • Attend inbound sales inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, emails, and Zoho Meetings
  • Follow up with existing and past leads to revive potential opportunities
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand client requirements and eligibility
  • Explain TIC Global’s services and process clearly and professionally
  • Schedule paid consultations with the Director for qualified prospects

Sales Conversations & Conversions

  • Prepare client background information before scheduled consultations
  • Participate in or support Director-led consultations (online or in-office)
  • Build rapport, handle objections, and guide clients toward informed decisions
  • Position TIC Global as a trusted and reliable solution provider

Deal Closure & Client Onboarding

  • Negotiate service packages and close deals independently
  • Share invoices, follow up for payments, and complete onboarding formalities
  • Update CRM systems with accurate client interaction and sales data
  • Coordinate smooth handover to the Operations team after payment confirmation

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in tele-sales, consultative sales, or B2C sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Proven ability to work with targets and close deals
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM tools, Zoho/Zoom, and basic digital systems
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and professional in an office environment

The Document Controller plays a critical role in managing, verifying, and tracking documents required for Portuguese nationality applications. This position demands a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality to ensure that all client documentation meets legal and compliance requirements and is processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities


Document Verification & Compliance

  • Review and verify birth, marriage, and identity documents for accuracy and completeness.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (BA / BCom preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in document control, legal processing, compliance, or immigration-related work
  • Languages: English mandatory; Konkani and/or Portuguese preferred
  • Technical Skills:
    • MS Office
    • CRM systems
